1. Understand I have a real life, like most people, and that real life comes first. Sometimes (often times) that real life is busy. If you expect a consistent schedule, you won’t be happy with me as a partner.
2. As you can tell, I have multiple characters and often multiple RPs going. Please don’t expect your character to get first priority all the time.
3. I won’t mind if things get busy and it takes you a while to respond, I’m just as bad at the worst of times. Just don’t get upset if my character doesn’t sit in limbo for weeks for yours, especially if you don’t give me a heads up.
4. Don’t expect to go deep OOC. I don’t mind a little chat, or discussing absences or things to do with the RP/game, but let’s not get too personal. Also, don’t ask for my Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, whatever—you won’t get it.
5. It’s great this game is so multicultural, but unfortunately, I’m only fluent in English. Any messages not in English will be ignored, for the same reason I don’t message people who don’t speak English and expect them to translate or somehow understand.
6. Don’t be an asshole. There is no need to be disrespectful. I don’t need your OOC drama, and I won’t bend over backwards to give into your every whim just for the experience of RPing with you.

Roleplay
1. I prefer to roleplay almost exclusively in third person narrative. I’ve tried *action* in the past, but find I bore of it way too easily; and let’s be honest, first person is just plain creepy. I don’t use pictures/gifs outside of blogs, either.
2. I don’t need a message and a half each reply, and even that gets overwhelming after a while, but I can’t continue the story if the most you give me is one or two sentences. If five to six sentences (or a paragraph) a reply is too much for you, we probably won’t be a match.
3. I’m a “go-with-the-flow” type of RPer. I don’t mind a bit of planning from time to time, but I won’t follow a set and rigid schedule on how the story is going to go. I prefer things to evolve naturally, because that’s how the best stories are made.
4. Don’t mix OOC and IC, it’s confusing and irrelevant. If you message a character without ‘OOC’ or writing in spoilers, I’m going to assume you’re talking IC and respond as such. Also, just because something is going on IRL/OOC doesn’t mean it’s happening to my characters. Just because I’m sick doesn’t mean they are, and just because I’m too busy to reply doesn’t mean they’re being neglectful significant others, friends, and parents. (And vice versa: don’t start OOC drama over things that happen IC).
5. I’m fine with mature as long as it goes with the story. Chances are it’s going to come up eventually with characters in some kind of romantic or sexual relationship, and yes, sometimes a character might have a fling or one night stand. That said, if it’s the only thing you’re looking for, I’m not your person. If you keep trying to force things in that direction when it doesn’t fit the story or it’s clear my character isn’t into it, I’m going to label you a creep and move on. If the entire plot of the RP is the two banging, again, I’m going to get bored and move on.
6. I’m fine with other mature subjects, such as mental illness, drug and alcohol use/abuse, or crime, but there are some things I absolutely refuse to RP (i.e. sexual assault, violent/abusive relationships, or murder).
7. Like real life, it’s realistic to expect ups and downs in a story. I’m okay with IC drama, though it’s nice if you give me a heads up first. That said, just like a constantly happy, mushy love story might get tired after a while, so will one with constant downs and drama. I don’t care for soap operas and emotional rollercoasters.
8. My characters are aware of and will reference things both in the real world and in game. They’ll most likely be aware of famous in game bands and stars, but they’ll know who Beyoncé and Chris Pratt are too. Movies aren’t featured in game yet, but they’ll watch them and have favourites, and they’ll like sports that aren’t implemented yet, etc. etc.
9. I don’t do supernatural. Sure, zombies exist in game and they’ll admit that, but as they’re locked away down in the crypt, none of them will probably find themselves in a zombie apocalypse. Similarly, if you say your character transformed into a werewolf, all mine is going to see is a naked guy running around snarling, and will act accordingly.
10. While some of my characters speak more than one language, I don’t. I can only RP in English, and I need my partners to have a good enough grasp in it, too. I have trouble with babelfish replies, and if it takes me too long to decipher what you’re trying to say each and every time, it’s not going to work out.
11. Be realistic. This one is kind of in the same vein as #9, but absolutely outlandish scenarios that couldn’t or probably would never happen in the real world—or Pop—is a dealbreaker. Have people attempted to ride moose before? Yes. Does that mean it’s likely our characters will ride imported tame moose through the Outback? No, no matter how much you try to justify it.
